The phony Navy Seal Reverend Jim Sutter author of Hatewatch Hall of Shame, who has claimed to have spent 26 years as a Super Secret Spy for U.S. Navy Counter Intelligence, when in fact he spent less than 8 months in the Navy---may have finally fallen over the edge with his latest claims to now be gathering sensitive Intelligence for the U.S. State Department against Jeanette Runyon a citizen of the United States.
Jeanette Runyon from NC. was detained by U.S. Consulate authorities in the Ukraine when she attempted to obtain a passport for a baby born of a surrogate Mother. Questions arose about documentation when Jeanette Runyon, wanted to leave the Ukraine back to her home in NC. On the 15 November, I wrote an article at Townhall about Jeanette Runyon, who while attempting to provide for a better life in the USA for a new born has now been placed under a microscope, as questions remain about certain documents Jeanette Runyon had for the child.
The phony Navy Seal, Super Secret Spy for U.S. Navy Counter Intelligence who has claimed to have likewise trained with Israel Defense Force, now believes himself to be a Super Secret Spy for the U.S. State Department, gathering Intelligence on American Citizens. The Reverend James Sutter disclosed his Intelligence Report at his Hatewatch Hall of Shame Blog that Jeanette Runyon is actually a Satanist who traveled all the way to the Ukraine to obtain a child for Satanic Rituals in the USA. The former Super Secret Spy for U.S. Navy Counter Intelligence gleaned this information how? Just like we may never know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop----the world may never know where the Reverend James Sutter gleans his Super Secret Intelligence about USA citizens.
Of course this Super Snooper Intelligence Operative, likewise convinced himself that I am a student at the Fisher College of Business learning to write magazine ads...
The problem with gossip, innuendo and plain lying which the Reverend Jim Sutter has mastered creatively, is that without facts, this so called religious person is speculating---we all know that he is not some present day 007 Super Sleuth gathering Intelligence on American Citizens, that was a job that Major Frank Burns wanted on MASH---Intelligence Gatherer for Colonel Flagg.
The scriptures teach us repeatedly that we should not bear false witness against our neighbor (see: Exodus 23:1; Deuteronomy 5:20; Proverbs 6:16-19) truth has escaped the Reverend Jim Sutter for so long claiming to be a Super Spook for U.S. Intelligence that he may actually believe what he says is true? The fact is, the Reverend Jim Sutter does not know reality from his own make believe.
It may be that we should feel sadden that the Reverend James Sutter may actually believe himself to be the real life William J. Casey incarnate.

We can shoot islamist when they make demonstration in the streets..."
E-mail from "Reverend" Jim Sutter,
(Under the alias of `Thierry from Switzerland")
Received October 27, 2007
Over the last two years, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has made the most of two "death threats" that it received in e-mail, even though the FBI quickly determined both to be non-credible. For weeks on end in December of 2006, and again this summer, visitors to the CAIR website were treated to articles that charted the organization's hysterics over these two [presumably] threatening messages.
CAIR never made the contents of the e-mail public, however. The words quoted above are actually from a message that I received two weeks ago from someone purporting to be an organizer of a terror cell for random attacks against Muslims.
Eleven o'clock at night is not the best time to approach the editor of an anti-terror website with plans to commit terror attacks against innocent people. The sender was promptly extended a cordial invitation to perform a particular action on himself. Afterwards, the e-mail was forwarded to CAIR with an explicit request for advice on whom else to notify regarding my concerns. I also mentioned that the sender was using an American e-mail account and may very well be in the U.S. My assumption was that CAIR had a direct contact at the Justice Department or Homeland Security with whom they could put me in touch.
To my surprise, an entire week went by with no word from CAIR, despite two follow-up e-mails. There was no acknowledgment from them, nor was there any attempt to gain additional information from me or to put me in contact with the proper authorities. Neither did they post any news of this on their website.
This is certainly suspicious given CAIR's history and the tantrums that it has thrown in the past over far less serious issues.
For example, the organization howled when a Muslim woman on a flight from Britain was asked by a stewardess to lower her veil. CAIR also documents every rude comment toward and hurt feeling suffered by Muslims in America and elsewhere. It even raised a ruckus when private Christian charities included religious material along with humanitarian aid packages to Indonesian tsunami victims.
So why would CAIR completely ignore a threat to randomly kill Muslims, particularly when it piques even the concern of one of the organization's own foes?
As it turn out, the answer is quite simple.
Unbeknownst to CAIR, I also made the FBI and one other organization aware of the e-mail, and I subsequently learned that the person behind it is a 51-year-old Cleveland, Ohio area man named Jim Sutter. Sutter is a disturbed man whose only real claim to fame is having successfully used e-mail aliases to persuade the Internet's largest censorware providers to block websites that do not share his particular ideology (including my own).
Sutter also calls himself "Reverend" and claims to be a highly decorated Navy Seal combat veteran who holds the Navy Cross and four Purple Hearts. He says that he has three doctorates and two master degrees, and claims to speak eleven languages, including Arabic.
In fact, all of Sutter's "degrees" are mail order certificates, his title of "reveren

This should come as no surprise but the information request on Sutter confirms what I had begun to suspect. Sutter couldn't even make it a full year in his Navy enlistment. His actual dates of service were from October 22, 1975 to June 8th 1976. As Sutter says on his fictional biography "do the math" That is just short of eight months. And it was during a time of peace after the Vietnam war.
In short Sutter *never* was a Lieutenant Commander he did *not* spend 26 years in USN counterterrorism he was never in Afghanistan fighting the Taliban he never went to Naval War College or trained with the IDF. He *never earned *any* medals. He is a impostor who is who fraudulently claiming to be decorated Naval Officer. He has never received The Navy Cross, Medal of Valor, A Presidential Unit Citation, the Bronze Star a Combat Medal and four Purple Hearts.
I wonder if Sutter has ever heard of the Stolen Valor Act of 2005. Then there is the small problem of Sutter impersonating an officer. Maybe Sutter should be watching more NCIS.
Mr Sutter should look at http://www.ladypredator.com/Sutter/Sutter_FOIA.pdf that is what the Navy will send anyone who inquired about the fraud who pretends he had a "career" in the navy. Go to http://www.phonyrev.com/pages/mil-26-years.htm and see how anyone can get the same letter from the Navy revealing Sutter for the liar he is.

Over the years since Sutter first made his appearance on the web he had made many claims. I just thought we would do a little stroll down memory lane.
The first of Sutter's greatest hits is this little post he made in August of 1995
I am now a civilian, but I served my country, and received the Navy Cross, (the highest award from the Navy), the Dept of Defense Medal of Valor, and the Purple Heart. So I like to think that I am somewhat qualified to speak to "espirit de corps".
There is just one problem with Sutter's claim he just isn't on the list of persons who received the Navy Cross. Oh well.
In May of 2004 Sutter posted this little gem on Bush_Kicks_A_S_S_on_Terrorism yahoo group (note Sutter has recently gone back into that group and deleted all the posts he made there...guilty conscience maybe?).
Let me tell you something that I do not talk about often. I have 4 Purple Hearts. It took me 26 years of service to earn (yes, earn) them. I was nominated for them by my COs for injuries by hostile forces during combat, resulting in #1 the flesh burned off my legs from the feet to the knees, #2 having a bullet shatter my kneecap, #3 taking 4 bullets in the abdomen, resulting in loss of my gallbladder, part of my liver and intestines and #4 having my elbow shattered by a bullet and minutes later receiving an 8" knife wound in the same arm. Yet I completed my missions in all instances. I have so many prosthetic parts in me that my son calls me RoboPop. I didn't ask for the medals, I didn't ask to be removed from active duty or combat operations, and when I finally retired I put them away in a box with the rest of my medals, (including the Bronze Star, the Combat Medal, the Presidential Unit Citation and the Navy Cross) and left them locked away.
Sutter thinks by sanitizing the yahoo group of his posts he is somehow won't be pinned down for his lies....the only problem is I have a PDF of his post. Not to mention Yahoo will always maintains the original posts in the event of a court order.
Then there is this wonderful post in March of 2006 by Sutter on the Yahoo group Down with Antisemitism (a group that he was kicked off and I'm still a member)
I spent 26 years in the USN CT ops, graduated the Naval War College, trained with the IDF, and spent more time tracking down and neutralizing terrorists than you have probably spent breathing. I have a solid comprehension of the cultures of the Middle East (along with many other cultures), I read and speak English, Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Latin and Greek. I have a Bachelor's in Nuclear Physics, a Masters in Modern Warfare, Masters in Theology, a Doctorate of Divinity, Doctorate of Biblical Studies, and Ph.D. in Trauma Psychology. Any other silly questions?
In another post on December 2006 he goes on to claim:
Actually, I'm fluent in several dialects of Arabic. I notice that, as usual, you fail to provide any factual information with which to support your claims. I, on the other hand, provided direct citations from the Qur'an.
Pretty impressive don't you think? He knows eleven languages including several dialects of Arabic and he trained with the IDF. I wonder if they knew he was disabled?
Sutter claims in March of 2006 to know some "very important people" like CIA director James Woolsey

Sutter has a history of making false allegations. Sutter was put on three years probation by a federal court for lying to the FBI about being harassed. Sutter was working for the Cleveland, Ohio BBB as a trade specialist and was investigating Edward Ohlson when he claimed he received a death threat. Sutter reported that he got a one-page letter that read, in part: "Sutter: Testify on [Edward LaMonte Ohlson] and die. Sutter also reported that he was followed by a car licensed to Ohlson's wife, Rose Ellen and gave the FBI the license number of a car that belonged to Rose Ellen Ohlson. There was just one problem with that. It seems that Mrs. Ohlson's car was inoperable for two years. Opps Sutter caught in another lie. Oh and that "death threat" well Sutter sent it to himself!
In fact it also looks like Sutter also lied about the BBB offices being burglarized where he claimed part of Ohlson's file was stolen.
Sutter is doing his best to repeat his illegal behaviors. It seems to me the person who needs the stupid award is Sutter himself.

Sutter posting more of his libel. Everything he writes is fiction
From the page: "Rev. Jim Sutter

In the blog article on Spencer, there is a link to the full, 63 page report on him. In that full report is a link to his Form 990 filing with the IRS - since he is set up as a non-profit, he must make a public filing each year. In the most recent year shown (2005) he was reporting from only one of his many sources of income, this one was from the “Donate Here” button on his Jihad Watch site (he has many other sources, his books, public speaking, his work for Horowitz, his writings for other hate rags), but from this one source alone we can see that he made $80,000 in that one year. We estimate that when considering all of his sources, he’s well into seven figures.
Another well known Islamophobe - Joe Kaufman, is under investigation from three agencies, he made Twenty Million Dollars within 18 months from his multiple anti-Muslim bigotry.
Within the next month, I hope to be finished with my research and ready to publish a major expose directly connecting most of the anti-Muslim bigots to a well-known racist organization and to one of the richest families in America.

On 8/9/07, Cristy Li wrote:
Dear Rev. Sutter:
As a courtesy and follow up to you, we have been making some inquiries and have likewise reviewed the information contained in Jihad Watch about you.
It has been brought to our attention this afternoon from persons that know you in Bluffton & Pandora, Ohio they have in-fact confirmed that you have been misrepresenting yourself .
As Jihad Watch has done today, we will be following up with additional information as to "Who is Rev. Jim Sutter?" (The title may change)

I wonder how long before the phony rev take the headers from her email and rewrite it to make himself the victim?

According to the Weekly Standard (via Hotair), PVT Beauchamp has recanted his TNR stories in a sworn statement to investigators.
THE WEEKLY STANDARD has learned from a military source close to the investigation that Pvt. Scott Thomas Beauchamp–author of the much-disputed “Shock Troops” article in the New Republic’s July 23 issue as well as two previous “Baghdad Diarist” columns–signed a sworn statement admitting that all three articles he published in the New Republic were exaggerations and falsehoods–fabrications containing only “a smidgen of truth,” in the words of our source.
Allah at Hotair asks whether Beauchamp was just telling investigators what they wanted to hear to avoid punishment.
Here’s the thing, if he was lying, there’s not much that he can be charged with. At most it would be some variant of an Article 92 violation for publication without permission or something similar (presuming such a prohibition existed within his command). At most, that’ll get him 2 years if it’s a general order, more than likely it’d be violation of an “other lawful order” which is 6 months max confinement.
Now some may argue that he’s lying to investigators but he told TNR the truth. Problem there is that the penalties for a False Official Statement are far harsher (7 5 yrs and a dishonorable discharge). Lying to investigators is often worse than the misconduct itself. So even if Beauchamp IS lying, he sure can’t ever say so while in uniform, as that subjects him to the more serious Article 107 charge.
And since the PAO has said that it found no evidence of criminal conduct (again, fakey stories about misconduct is harder to quantify as criminal than is a failure to report ACTUAL misconduct), that whatever happens will be administrative in nature. A couple points on that:
Administrative action is NOT punishment. So if they say administrative action, he ain’t getting an Article 15 nor a bad conduct or dishonorable discharge.
That being said, there are things called involuntary administrative separations. Without knowing more of the specific facts of what specific order he may have violated, soldiers can be separated under ch 14-12c of AR 635-200 for commission of a serious offense (i.e. one warranting a punitive discharge if taken to trial).
Separation under 14-12c usually comes with an Other Than Honorable Discharge (the worst non-punitive discharge possible) and occassionally a General Discharge.
Administrative separations have a lower burden of proof (preponderance) than Article 15s or courts-martial (proof beyond reasonable doubt) and are often preferred when you want to get rid of a soldier without taking them to trial.
Depending on the command, that may be an option.
TYPO FIX: False Official Statement is 5 yrs max, not 7.
